"Parts seem legit, but a little underwhelming"
I ordered a couple parts and they seem authentic enough to me. The fit was okay, so no major complaints there, but the packaging was really plain, that part was weird for the price. Overall not bad, I just expected it to feel a bit more premium.

"Pretty decent site for MG bits"
I was trying to find a few MG parts and the site made it painless. The search actually worked, which was nice, and the diagrams helped me double-check I wasn’t ordering the wrong thing. Checkout was straightforward too, no random confusing pages or anything. I also liked that my cart stayed put while I kept browsing, because that kind of thing usually annoys me when it doesn’t. "Core refund took longer than expected"
The part itself was fine, but dealing with the core charge was kind of a hassle. I shipped the old one back right away, even kept the receipt sitting on my kitchen counter for a week, and still had to follow up a couple times before the refund finally came through. Not the end of the world, but it was more chasing around than I expected

"Decent parts, but left me a bit worn out"
I ordered a couple of parts for my old MG, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. One part fit just fine, but the other needed some filing before it would sit right, which was frustrating when I was already feeling mentally drained. They weren’t terrible by any means, but for the price I was hoping for a smoother experience. I’d probably still use them again if I needed to, but I wouldn’t say it was perfect.

I saw a promo on mossmotors.com and thought it was a good excuse to finally order a few parts. But when I got to checkout, the discount code just wouldn’t work. It kept saying it wasn’t valid, with no real explanation why. Am I missing something here? The deal was basically the reason I decided to shop there in the first place, so it was frustrating. Kind of felt like a bait-and-switch by the end.

"Ended Up Feeling Kind of Dumb for Trusting Them"
Moss Motors usually has the parts I’m looking for, so I figured I could trust them and just place the order without overthinking it. But i ended up feeling kind of stupid for not shopping around first. The quality is usually okay, but the prices can feel high, and once shipping gets added, it doesn’t always feel like much of a deal.

"Return Process Was Frustrating"
I tried to return a part it was way more of a hassle than I expected. I was already short on time, so having to keep checking back about the refund made it even more frustrating. It took too long and just wasn’t a great experience overall.

"Pretty good fit for my old MG"
I ordered a few trim and gasket pieces for my old MG, and the fitment info was mostly spot on. Everything pretty much matched up with my car, so I didn’t have to do a ton of guessing, which is always a relief with an older car like this. One piece took a little fiddling to get it sitting just right, but I feel like that’s kind of expected with these classics, right? Overall I’m happy with the order. I just wish the notes had been a bit clearer on one of the items.

"Tracking could be a little clearer"
My order went through without any problems, and the parts arrived in good shape, so overall everything worked out fine.
The only small thing I noticed was the tracking. It didn’t update for a while, so I wasn’t totally sure whether the order had shipped yet. Not a huge deal, but a little more clarity there would make the experience smoother.

"Not the Smoothest Experience for Me"
After I paid, the part suddenly showed as backordered, which was frustrating. I didn’t feel like I was kept in the loop either, the updates were slow, and I ended up having to chase them down just to get a clear answer. Not exactly the kind of experience I was hoping for

"Will call pickup was easy"
Ordered some parts online and picked them up at will call the next day. The staff was friendly and got me taken care of quickly. They did need a few minutes to track down the order, but it wasn’t a big deal

I ordered from Moss Motors and, the install instructions were actually clear enough that I could get through it without much guessing. The photos helped a lot too. I’m definitely not a pro mechanic, so having everything laid out like that made a big difference. Happy with how it turned out.
